Our Story
The Compass story began with a passion for helping people and companies be empowered and successful. After two decades in Fortune 100 companies, followed by stints in smaller enterprise companies and a variety of small/medium businesses, it became clear that being able to look across a business to understand what it is trying to accomplish, and identify the obstacles in achieving those goals is something often lacking in an organization.

Experiencing both best-in-class strategy development and "back of the napkin" strategies, one of the key realizations is that any strategy is only as good as the people who understand and execute it.
